Director of Human Resources
Briana (Or Bri as we often call her) is responsible for the smooth operation of our human resources department. With an international team such as ours, it may seem to be impossible to coordinate everyone’s schedules. Even so, Bri is more than happy to take on the challenge. She keeps our team on task, on time, and on point. She handles compensation, benefits, labor relations, and manages company culture. She has a heart of gold and always has an open ear to listen to anyone’s troubles.

Financial Advisor
With a background in finance, Danielle (aka mousey) dove into the business world after graduating from Neumann University. She has extensive experience working as an accountant and bookkeeper for various organizations. Now she monitors and advises us on all of our financial matters. She is a wiz with calculations and tax strategies. She is a highly valued member of our team.

Administrative Assistant
Megan is the administrative assistant for the whole team. She supports the team by juggling schedules, finances, and sales orders. We often say she is the grease that keeps the team running smoothly. She is not afraid to jump in and help whenever needed. She finds joy in everything and offers assistance with a smile.

Owner/ Founder
Sabrina is the founder of Designs By Kidd. She has always been a big thinker. After graduating from the Communication Design program at Kutztown University, she gained a lot of experience helping several start-up companies. Slowly she gained enough knowledge and confidence to branch out on her own. Now she strives to smooth the path for other entrepreneurs but sharing her experience, contacts, and resources through Designs By Kidd.
